1.Equipment Description :
Longitudinal welded pipe unit is the slitting by a certain width of the plate after the uncoiler ,leveling into the molding machine,the use of roll steel plate into a round tube,re-use of high-frequency current skin effect and proximity effects in the in a very short period of time to melt the edge of the strip,squeezed by squeezing the surface of the oxide layer and impurities are squeezed out,the integration of the substrate ,so as to form a roumd tube.
Straight seam welded pipe forming machine is divided into:FFmolding,roller molding,FFX mlolding
Longitudinal welded pipe uses:Longitudinal welded pipe is mainly used in petroleum,natural gas ,city gas,pipe network,chemical,power,steel grid,water and gas transportation and other fields,widely used in various pressure pipelines.

According to the forming method,it is divided into :straight seam roll forming:Φ114∼ Φ610mm,FF/FFX roll forming:Φ34∼ Φ610mm
2.Process:
Roll → uncoiling→leveling→shear butt welding → looper storage →FF/FFX roll forming → high frequency welding →(IF annealing) →water cooling →sizing→cutting→output →flat head chamfer →hydrostatic test →finished product collection
